GYMNASTICS FOR ALL CLASSES
Gymnastics For All programs focus on the early stages of skill
development through FUN, FITNESS, and FUNDAMENTALS!
Activities that improve agility, balance, coordination, and spatial
awareness help children move confidently through life.
Gymnastics facilitates integrations into other sports and physical activities.
GFA Levels 3-4
(Boys or Girls - 1 hour 25 minutes)
This is an intermediate gymnastics class. Participants will have use of all the facility's equipment to learn and progress at an intermediate level. Completion of Level 2 required.
GFA Levels 5-6
(Boys or Girls - 1 hour 55 minutes)
This is an intermediate/advanced gymnastics class. Participants will have use of all the facility's equipment to learn and progress at an intermediate/advanced level. Completion of Level 4 required.
