REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

IF MY CHILD MISSES A CLASS, CAN I GET A CREDIT, OR DO A MAKE-UP LESSON? 

 

When you register in a class we hold that spot for your child. You are responsible for the cost of the class regardless of whether your child attends or not.  WRG does not offer make-up classes. In the event your child is unable to participate due to illness or injury please see the question below.

 

IF MY CHILD IS INJURED OR SICK CAN I GET A CREDIT OR WITHDRAW FROM THE SESSION?

 

Refunds: If your child is injured or sick and unable to participate in gymnastics for more than one class, a refund may be requested for the classes missed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing (paper or email) and accompanied by a doctor's note. 

 

Withdrawals: If your child will be unable to participate for 3 or more classes they may withdraw for the remainder of the session.  A refund for the remainder of the classes left in the session will be provided upon receipt of a written withdrawal notice and an accompanying doctor's note. 

 

All Refunds/Withdrawals:  Please note doctor's notes must be provided within 7 days of the missed class. Withdrawals will commence as of the date which we receive the doctor's note.

WHAT IF THE GYM IS CLOSED DUE TO AN UNFORESEEN EVENT (SEVERE WEATHER, POWER OUTAGE, ETC.)?

For the safety of our students, families, and staff WRG reserves the right to cancel classes due to severe weather or power outages. If we have to cancel a class due to severe weather or power outage no credits or make-up classes will be offered. In the event the Surrey School district cancels school, our classes will be canceled as well.

 

In the event the gym is closed, parents will be notified by email.  We will also post a notice on our website and social media accounts.
