BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Registration for July and August Parties opens Monday, May 12th at 10am

 

Birthday Parties will be held at our Ocean Side location.

  

All participants and accompanying adults need a waiver signed prior to entering the gym.

 


 

Birthday party guest list is required no later than 10 days prior to the party.

 

Arriving

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to party start time. The party host may set up while the children are in the gym area. All other adult/guests may drop off and pick up at the end of the party or remain in the viewing area for the duration of the party.

 

1 hour of gym time

Adults remain in the viewing area while children enjoy 1 hour of gym time with our certified instructors in the gym, which includes a bouncy castle, trampolines, foam pit, sprung floor, bars, balance beams and small equipment. Children 3 and under are required to be directly supervised by an adult. 

45 min in party area/room

A maximum of 45 minutes in the party area/room for food and cake. Limited space available for adults assisting young children. 

Kids only in gym area/on equipment, party parent may take pictures in the gym, however, all other adults must remain in the viewing area for the duration of the party (unless directly supervising a child age 3 and under).  

 

Saturday and Sunday Parties

3:00 pm - 4:45 pm

 Up to 25 kids max (includes birthday child)

1 hour of gym time, 45 mins in party room

$380+gst $399

4:15 - 6:30 pm

Up to 12 kids max (includes birthday child)

1 hour of gym time, 45 mins at party table/lobby area

$250+gst $262.50

5:30 pm - 7:15 pm

 Up to 25 kids max (includes birthday child)

1 hour of gym time, 45 mins in party room

$380+gst $399

Important Rules/Reminders:

  • No additional kids above the maximum

  • Limited space for adult viewing

  • No taping decor to the walls

  • No pinatas

  • Bring all your own supplies and food

  • Waiver form required to participate 

 

What to Bring:

Parents bring your own supplies (plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloths), kids food (pizza, snacks), cake, and simple decorations (that do not need to be attached to walls). A small fridge/freezer is available.

  • Party room table seats up to 25 kids including three 6ft tables and two 6ft tables for food, cake and supplies. 

  • Party table/Lobby area seats up to 12 kids including one 6ft table and one 6ft table for food, cake and supplies.

Enrollment:
Payment in full is required at the time of registration! Registration is first come, first served.

One party booking allowed per family/per day - no multiple bookings for the same day and group, please. Extended time is also not available.

Refunds:
To receive a full refund, you must request it in writing a minimum of 10 days prior to your party, and a $25 administrative fee will be charged per booking. You are allowed to transfer to a different week if space is available. A refund will be issued in full with a medical note at any time. Absolutely NO refunds if proper notice is not given.

 

Here are a few guidelines to ensure your party runs
smoothly and will be one to remember!

  1. Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult and directly supervised.

  2. Participants please remain in the lobby area/waiting room until instructors call participants into the gym. Birthday participants must be accompanied by an instructor when using the apparatus or when entering the gym.

  3. Adults are not allowed to participate on the apparatus. The adult participant’s role is to provide assistance to those children aged 3 years and under, or for those children who are unable to participate safely on their own. All other adults may remain in the lobby/waiting area for the duration of the party or drop off and pick up at the end of the party.

  4. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. No food or drink is permitted in the gym. Please be aware when bringing in outside food that we are a nut-aware facility. Please do not bring any foods containing nuts or nut products.

 

The participant information provided is required for insurance purposes to ensure liability insurance coverage. Only liability insurance (not sport accident insurance) is provided for one-time visitors at birthday parties.

Full GymBC coverage is provided to any registered club members at birthday parties.
